一 | 손근호 울산시의원.(울산시의회 제공. 재판매 및 DB금지)/뉴스1(울산=뉴스1) 김세은 기자 = 울산시의회는 손근호 의원이 '울산시 고헌 박상진 의사 추모 및 선양사업 지원' 조례안을 대표 발의했다고 26일 밝혔다. 고헌 박상진 의사는 대한광복회 총사령으로 활동하며 일제강점기 국권 회복과 조국 독립을 위해 헌신한 울산의 독립운동가다.이번 조례는 박상진 의사의 추모·기념사업에 대해 울산시 차원의 제도적 기반을 마련하기 위해 추진됐다.조례엔 △추모 및 기념행사 △생애 및 독립운동 관련 자료의 수집·조사·연구·발간 △관련 유적·시설 및 사료의 발굴·보존 △학술·문화·예술 콘텐츠 개발·보급 등에 대한 지원 조항이 담겼다.또 관련 사업을 수행하는 법인 또는 단체에 대한 예산의 범위에서 사업에 필요한 경비를 지원할 수 있도록 했다.아울러 국가기관과 지자체, 교육청, 교육기관, 보훈 관련 기관·단체 등과 협력체계를 구축할 수 있도록 규정했다.이번 조례안은 제267회 울산광역시의회 제1차 정례회에 상정될 예정이다. 손 의원은 "이번 조례가 박상진 의사의 독립운동 정신을 시민들에게 널리 알리는 제도적 기반이 되길 바란다"며 "추모와 기념을 넘어 교육과 학술, 문화 등 다양한 분야에서 선양사업이 활성화될 수 있도록 지원하겠다"고 밝혔다.한편 김상욱 울산시장은 최근 열린 주간업무회의에서 그동안 북구문화원이 주관해 온 고헌 박상진 의사 추모행사를 시 차원의 행사로 격상하고, 박상진 의사 추모사업회가 중심이 돼 사업을 추진해야 한다고 주문했다.。 KATHMANDU, Nepal -- A 5.2 magnitude earthquake and some aftershocks damaged nearly two dozen houses in the hilly Dhading district near Nepal's capital Sunday, an official said.The shaking also caused a landslide in the region, Hum Nath Parajuli, a district government administrator, said. One woman suffered injuries in the Gorkha district, which adjoins Dhading, when she jumped from a two-story building, Parajuli said. Earthquakes are common in mountainous Nepal.
