三 | 廊坊市人工智能协同创业投资基金主要投资于算力、“人工智能+”及相关产业领域，依托廊坊优质算力供给及基金资源整合能力，助推廊坊市加快京津冀智能算力走廊节点建设，着力打造人工智能创新发展引领区。承德钒钛新材料科创基金主要围绕钒钛新材料及非金属矿相关产业领域开展投资，借助承德钒钛资源储量优势，以资本为纽带，引进培育产业链上下游优质科技企业，推动钒钛产业由初级材料向高端产品转变，助力承德打造“中国钒谷”。“科技创新成本高、周期长、风险大，从思想火花到技术研发再到科技成果转化、产业化，每个环节都需要大量资金。”省科技厅科技金融中心副主任张彦忠介绍，特别是在企业生命周期的初期，用于扶持初创科技项目的融资更为稀缺。
